This channel is dedicated exclusively to reporting legal breaches by the organization or its members, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Law 2/2023 of February 20, which regulates the protection of whistleblowers and combats corruption. What are considered regulatory non-compliances?
Without being exhaustive or limiting, the following are considered:
- Fraud and scams
- Money laundering
- Tax evasion or avoidance
- Crimes against intellectual or industrial property
- Unfair competition
- Crimes against the market or consumers
- Internal corruption
- Irregularities with Social Security or the Tax Agency
Breach of data protection regulations - Disclosure of trade secrets
- Embezzlement
Crimes against the environment and public health - Violation of workers’ rights
Some of the situations that could be reported through this channel are:
- Possible conduct and behavior considered illegal in the performance of work
- Alleged profiteering from company resources
- Situations of discrimination or sexual abuse

Who can submit a communication?
Any person from the company and those external persons who are or have been linked or related to it in a work or professional context.
How can I make a communication?
It can be submitted verbally, in writing, or in person, following the steps indicated on the Confidential Reporting Channel form. Furthermore, the communication can be anonymous.
How will the communication be processed?
It will be processed guaranteeing confidentiality and prohibiting reprisals against the informant.
Guarantee of confidentiality of the informant
The internal information system guarantees confidentiality, protection from retaliation, respect for independence, data protection, secrecy of communications, and best practices for monitoring, investigating, and protecting whistleblowers.
We certify that all means available to you for filing a complaint undergo a preliminary review by Lant Abogados to guarantee the confidentiality of the complaint and that it is forwarded to a valid contact person within the entity being reported.
